Our story began in 2017, when I, Ava Banzuela-Esplanada, founded what was then known as Ava's Virtual Assistance. My work as a Virtual Executive Assistant to CEOs across different industries gave me a front-row seat to a common problem: even the most brilliant founders were getting bogged down by the daily grind of digital marketing, sales, tech, and operations.
I soon found myself facing the same challenge. My own agency was growing, but it felt like I was working for the business, not on it. I was so caught up in projects and operational tasks that I had no time to focus on our own growth. It was this struggle that became my greatest realization.
RAVA Digital was born from that experience—not just as an agency, but as a strategic partner dedicated to providing the high-quality, high-speed support that allows business owners to scale their companies and, most importantly, regain their work-life balance.
